ACL errors

I am getting this error when trying to access any page with an ASP script on it: 401.3 Unauthorized: Unauthorized due to ACL on resource. I have checked my permissions and can't see anything out of place. My IUSR account has read permissions, the everyone group has read permissions. This problem started out of the blue, I don't remember changing anything to cause it.Maybe there is a certain Dir that ASP uses I don't know about? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

File privileges are maintained in ACLs. Each time a file is accessed, this list is referenced to see if the requesting user’s SID is in the ACL and what access privileges have been granted to that user to determine if they will be granted access. Check the file permissions.
