I need help again ...we have one workstation that is getting a weird error all the sudden. As far as I know, nothing has changed on this computer recently. It is an XP Pro machine with nothing crazy on it ...used primarily for order entry. We have 'upgraded' to the darn Fujitsu compiler version as of a few months ago. Everything has been ok lately, except this one workstation. It was having odd intermittent print problems that were usually not a big deal to resolve. Then today it started locking up when printing any intergrated Crystal Report. Everything else seems to work ok, but when you go to an ICR, it pauses for a while, then Microsoft error box pops up saying 'PWE has encountered a problem', do you want to report this problem to Microsoft? If you click on details it says it has something to do with 'fm20.dll' whatever the heck that is. I searched and founf that dll file in 2 places ...one in the i386 folder, and one in the windows directory. I went ahead and registered the dll in case that had something to do with it and it registered fine. Anyone encountered this one before?

Thanks,
Stacy

I believe that it's a file that also comes with Office. You could uninstall Office and then reinstall it. I've read where that has worked in the past.

Thanks ...I was just about to post that I finally found it was a problem with Office. I did just as you suggested and it does seem to be working fine now. This is the second issue I've had (unrelated, 2 different computers) with Macola due to Office. Why can't they just get along?? ;-)

Thanks!
Stacy
