ACIS Certification

Does anyone know of a good resource(s) for the Avaya 6401.1 ACIS certification exam?

F1 key on PC running manager

Just do the sales courses and the free web based courses, play around with the demo-kit for a while and that should be enough for the ACIS exam.

ACSS is a bit tougher as it also covers all the applications available.

FYI..Do not NOT waste your money buying a 6401.1 certification test on-line from ANY website. Their all run by some genious in Switzerland that takes your cash and sends you a three year old exam. Plus...that's cheating!

Yeah what intrigrant said,
when taking my exam i just went on the Help folder in manager tool by pressing F1 and that was more than enough. its a very basic exam and if you have had experience installing systems you should be ok. also on avaya learning work through the online courses for ACIS.
AVA00916WEN "HARDWARE & DATA COMPONENTS" should be enough as majority of questions are based around this

All of these posts are helpful. I used the help key and the knowledgebase as well as manager for the first Avaya exam I took. Since this exam is proctored and does not allow any help materials, it seems different than the one I took before.

F1 helps for the real world, Avaya wants you to remember it all, or most of it which will come over years of frustration and sweat and tears when programming and troubleshooting the beasts.
