ACDN removal but SCH5362 errors

I am trying to remove an ACDN but keep getting SCH 5362, i have tried to out the ISAP and VSID but still getting same code can anyone help?

no we dont use symposium i already checked this. That is why i decided to ask you guys for help..

Beth08, if you do a search within tek-tips for that error there are a few old threads that will probably contain your answer

Go to ld 23.

REQ: DACR
Type: ACD
Cust: 0
ACDN: (your acdn)
ACD NOT ACQUIRED

Then remove it from the system. Something was monitoring it for statistics and it just got hung up.

thanks for this but they are already de - acquired, i did this too and still i cant remove them - thanks anyway though..

What release are you running, there are patches that need to be taken out of service on some releases for you to be able to remove the ACDN's

release 25 - ill check with our vendor for the PEP's that may need removed..
