Hello,

Can somebody tell me how to use the setting in a hunt group?
I dont know what this means!!!!!!
I want to use this info in a VU-Display!!!!!!

"expected Call Handling Time (sec): _
"service level target (% in sec): _ in _ ".
 

The above will give you what you need to better understand the VU stats. The detailed discription starts on page 275.
