ACD Voice Mail set up?

I have inbound calls coming to IVR ext 9333.
IVR hands the call to ACD 9311.
9311 has 5 phones, all are log out, one is logged in.
This is a dispatchers phone for a utility company.

As you can see she has the two PVR keys she takes calls for and also monitors voice mail for the 9301 extension which is a phantom tn that goes to CallPilot. She also has the 9299 DID coming direct to the phone. 9120 is the only multiple appearance number on the phone. It works on one other extension that isn't used most 99% of the time.

My question is this: How should I provide her a voice mail box and on what number. Can I use 9311 as a mail box and also will direct dialed numbers to the other internal DN's and the DID on her phone go to the 9311 mail box as well?

Is there a better way that this phone could be set up?

how is 9311 ever going to get to mail? is the ncfw or ovdn sending it there? i would pick any number on her set except the acdn, marp it on an analog with fna to mail and give her another xmwk key then make all the other numbers she needs a member of that box.. you can still keep 9301 as built.. you could as well just make the other numbers a member of that box but i assume it needs a unique message

None of the DNs on this TN with a MARP indication will HUNT or FDN withot CLS HTA / FNA.

Curious...what digit is used to obtain an outside line. It's rare to see "9" as the leading digit of an extension. But, no matter.
