I'M CREATING AN ACD GROUP IN WHICH THE CALLER CAN STAY IN THE QUE OR GO TO ANOTHER QUE IF IT IS BUSY OR OPT FOR VOICE MAIL. IN DOING SO IF I USE THE OVDN AS THE OVER FLOW QUE DN THEN WHERE DO I PUT THEM TO OPT FOR LEAVING A VOICE MAIL AND SENDING THEM TO A MAIL BOX? THNAKS TDOG

I don't think you can without having a CCR product, such as Symposium. I'm not sure tho; we have Symposium so I never had to worry about what basic ACD would do. :) -Matt

sorta a work around, use xxxx as ovdn, that is on a timer, so the call goes to xxxx after the preset, xxxx needs to be a acd with xxxx as the acdn, maxp 1 and ncfw the voice mail acd pilot, then in mail xxxx in the voice service dn table, make it a menu service, the menu can offer to press 1 to leave a message, define 1 as a express mail, with the correct mb... or just record press any key to leave a msg, define 1 thru 9 as the same express mail, if you want you can have the user press 0 (revert) to continue to wait... bad news is without symposium that user is now last in que.. you could make the revert a diff acd or supervisor... yes it's do-able, just takes a few steps
