ACD system

Hello all,

Have a 61C and thinking of a five agent ACD system. Any recommendations? and what might a system like this cost...

The 61c has a basic acd built in, I don't think I'd want to spend money on an add on for 5 agents.

johns right. without basic acd your mail would not work. if you print those agents you will see acd sets logged in. nortel sells symposium and a lite version of that but the key word is sells, ours was over 100 grand but you don't need that for basic acd. i would recogmend a miran card, that gives you a place to record announcements plus moh etc. very easy install, we have a couple of those but i don't recall the priceing.. not to bad and way better then trying to wire recordings to the frame.. no jumpers plus a gui interface
