ACD Supervisor Phone DSBL LOGOUT

Once again I am left to figure out why our Nortel Option 11c Phone system is acting up. Our Phone Tech is on Vacation, and that leaves me to try to step up to the plate. My problem is that I have a Supervisor ACD phone that shows in the switch to be DSBL LOGOUT. When I call her ext it rings a fast busy. She has no dial tone and cannot sign in to her phone. Yesterday I had the same symptoms with this phone. I enul her ext and it would ring on my end and go into her voicemail, but it still did not allow her phone to work. Any advice as to what is going on and how to correct this?

one of a few problems, my 1st attempt would be a new set, then a new tn, then a new cable pair.. something is causing that phone to not respond during midn.. after you enlu, can you idu? either way the steps above will fix that
