ACD SET ON I2050

We are having issues with ACD sets on i2050 phones.

We can login fine and take calls etc but we are unable to get the set to ring.

We can get a single tone taht is repeated about every 7 seconds but not ringing.

They have a SCR of own number and thats also not ringing

If you have any ideas that would be great.

Hello

I'm trying to make an i2050 working with ACD.
I'm unable to log in. I think the phone doesn't recognized that the handset is off-hook and then unable to dial the ACD login.
I'm trying with Symposium or not. That's always the same problem.

Any idea welcome

Check in the I2050 softphone configuration tool:
Configuration Tool/Select Sound Devices/Ringing Speaker

Select the device from the drop down box that you choose to ring.

I have a lot of i2050's in acd group and works fine. let me know if you don't come righte - wil post the tn dump and some settings is use.

I am still not able to login. When i press the ACD key 0, the light doesn't lit up green. So i am not able to log in with the Agent ID.
I am interested to your TN configuration.
Also ACD and/or SCB/ADS block datas

Stop it !! I found...!!
In the configuration tool i had to activate "Use with Symposium"
That's activated not only Symposium environment but also basic ACD calls.
