ACD set goes busy on it's own

HI We upgraded a Succesion to 5.5 last year. Ever since then two phones on a very small ACD que have been making themselves busy on their own at random. The timing of the problem is right on the timing of the upgrade. All other ACD's seem to be just fine no complaints.

2 things to check:

a: Check and upgrade the sets firmwares.

b: Have a look at the ACD programming, in particular the RTQ parameter to see if there is an MSB there.
