ACD Report Daily Summary

I was wondering if there is a way to force the Daily Totals for the ACD Statistics Reports to a time other than immediately following the final hourly report of the day. I want to try to capture the daily totals to a separate file from the final hourly report. If there's no way to do this, I guess I'll have to write up a script to parse out the daily totals report. Is there a program/script out there that someone wrote to make the data from these reports useful in some other format such as a spreadsheet? Thanks for any help you can provide.

We do NOT have symposium. Our call center is relatively small (Water system for a mid-sized city). I haven't personally looked into it, but I was told that it's not likely to make it in the budget any time soon.
