right you have to have the timer before you can choose a solution.. glad someone else saw this one, been a busy friday for me.. for some reason my acd with that enabled that is not in the symposium will not nrd or msb the last agent.. it will not force the que from inservice to the night mode...
we use this for a telethon call in to analog sets.. the volunteers pick up a phone dial any the login ffc 4 digits and are in que.. if they don't log out, the call is requed.. after the 24 hours were up, the ncfw was supposed to go to a menu service.. mr hill had to drive in and log out the last agent... could have dialed in and disabled the set and took it out IF we had known ahead of time that we needed that.. just an fyi
