Have option 61. I have set up an ACD queue that when dialed will NCFW to an 800 number. When you dial the ACD queue extension internally it forwards okay. When you dial DID number it forward to our PBX operator. How can I change this?

that's usually because it is using the ncos on the inbound route.. regardless of the opt cff/cfo in your cdb, an acd does not have an ncos.. build it as a soft set (one above port 15) and use rcfw to hard forward it. if that still doesn't work change cdb opt to cff and it will work

if you have a 2616 at 4 0 0 0, then build a 2616 at 4 0 0 16

cff is a must for set based cfxa, does not help maxp 1 acd, due to the fact that they do not have an ncos

Okay I was able to create a phantom DN. I am now trying to create an entry in LD 10 as suggested in this thread.

Whenever I attempt to enter the following at prompt;

FTR DCFW 1464(DN) 918665551212 (EXAMPLE)

I receve error SCH0356 -

CFW or ADL DN size out-of-range. Action: Enter DN length of 4-31 digits.

I figured it out. 12 refers to the length of the number behind it. I entered 16 and it worked for me.

Another question - can I speed up the transfer out speed? Currently you hear silence for about 8-9 seconds.

might be able to put a # at end of number. otherwise you would need to change your EOD timer on outbound route.
