Anyone knows how I can use Ip Softphones working with Auto-answer.
This is a general problem in my Definity. As soon as I login my agent with Auto-answer in my station the system responses me with the confirmation tone and it shows in the status station form, but 1 second after my login disappeared from my station.
It happens any types of phones.

Anyones knows why?
 
You should mark the option it "Uses headset mode" that is in Tools/Program Options/General Settings

I run into this alot when you install off a CD. Go to Tools/Program Options/General Settings and make sure support for auto answer is checked off.
 
Is mandatory to have a headset button configured and pressed?, Is necessary to have in the station form the auto-answer field to all or acd?
Could I login a agent in this station? and a agent with all or acd in the auto-answer field?
As you see I don´t find out the reason for the automatic logout of the agent just 1 second after the login confirmation of the system.
