ACD que and wireless headsets with lifter

I have a ACD setup for a 5 station call center on a nortel 81c. They all have 2616 phones. I purchsed a few cs50 plantronics wireless headsets with the optional lifter. I would like to use it on one of these stations that require login. Problem is once you answer and hang up it requires you to login again. I'm not super savvy but do have exp with moves, adds, and rollovers. Just no acd ques. Question is: is there a easy way to remove the login feature form all the phones or do I have to resetup the que.

in the acd group change homl to no.. that will fix the problem and can be done live..

One other qucik question. I have two managers that would liek to pick up calls if these 5 get busy. Is there a key to allow things not to roll to a phone but still give that phone the option to jump in and help?

JUST BUILD THERE PHONES AS SUPERVISORS, THEY CAN LOG IN AND STAY NOT READY UNTIL THEY WANT TO ASSIST
