ACD pgm related

Bit twisted may be but can this be done?
ACD set on a queue (which has SDNB=yes) k2 scr 1111 and k4 scr 2222. scr 2222 is marped on another phone as it has to ring always even is set is CFW.

How can we keep this set-up (hunting to k4 emergency) but have busy signal to callers at k2 scr 1111 when set is active on an ACD call?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

i don't see a work around for that.. i have an area ringer for agents with sdnb no, so an ava agent can use k1 to pick the call.. callers to k1 get a busy but the agents can answer er calls
