Hi there.. I have one agent in the queue at one of our locations that shows only a "0" or a "1" when they depress the DWC key. Could this be a version issue of the M2216 set?
some of the older versions of display phones didn't handle dwc keys very well. try a working phone at that location and see if it's a hard or software issue
