You need to set up this set in Symposium and acquire it. Can not change this through set programming.

rls 1 symposium needed aacs yes, past that it only required a return.. never make a change on an acd phone.. for any reason, if a prompt or key needs to change, out the station and put it back in.. with symposium i deacquire it to keep the switch from doing the ini trick, then i take an extra step and remove it from symposium before i out and rebuild the set..
it takes an extra few minutes, but dealing with corruption can take days
