ACD Calls ending up in Auto Attendent.

What option would be allowing a caller to end up back in auto attendent if he/she is suppose to sit in queue forever?

Mitel 3300 MXE

Path unavailable? Path Interflow? Does the path have RAD's? Call transfer recall timer?
