Yes. The FROA prompt (First RAN on Arrival) will only work if it needs to queue(not if an agent is idle). But, if you configure a "dummy" queue that is NCFW'd to your actual queue, then define a night ran (the announcement you want to play) on the dummy queue and then at the NCFW prompt put in your regular queue, you will have that first ran play always, even if an agent is available, before it queues.
sandy nailed that one.. froa works for the "must" ran, we use it for your call may be monitored or recorded.. if you don't have a miran card, read up on it.. just added two and they are sweet.. got rid of my interilia's
