Recently installed IPO R7 Preferred
Need to add ACD Queueing and reporting
Need to add Call Recording.
Was going to upgrade to Advanced to get these features. The advanced call center and reporting features and the Contact Store call reporting seem like exactly wat we are looking for.
After doing some reading I got the feeling Avaya's offering might not be the best choice.
Any thoughts on the quality of the Avaya options or any other options that might be better?
