ACD Agents maxed out

Hi all

I have reached my maximum 110 ACD Agents on out Option 11, so I can't set up any more phones for Symposium users. I approached the Telco about increasing the limit and they say we need to purchase corresponding Symposium agent licenses at the same time, but as we are on v4.2 which is no longer supported then we need to upgrade to SCC 6.0. This is a considerable cost, and is a little hard to swallow! Do I really need to upgrade Symposium just so I can set up phones on the core Meridian????

It would depend on your symposium licenses already paid for. You can have more ACD agents in the PBX than you do in symposium, it just depends on how you are using them.

The 'Purchased Value' for Active Agents in Historical Statistics Parameters is 100. Is this the number of Symposium licenses?

There are 108 Phonesets acquired into Symposium, if this info is any use. I must have two ACD phonesets configured but not in use, so if I can identify them I can get those 2 back
 
You can acquire as many sets as you want. The Symposium Lic will be Agents logged in. I have one site with over 100 acquired sets. Lic for 60 in Sym. Only 60 can be in at a given time. Symposium has a Liiencse manager that gives you that detail on the Server.
