Does anyone know if there is any software out there that works with the 3300 that I can set so when an ACD Agents phone rings that you can set different ring tones for different queues?

Prairiefyre ( now mitel) soft phone allows you to set ringtones , but i don't think you can change them based on the path.
That sounds like a too adventurous request.
Mitel dont even have custom ringtones for their phones so i doubt if they will make it work with their product range
