ACD Agent logging in on a 3904 phone? How

We needed to program a new agent in our ACD queue asap on her 3904 phone so since she doesn't have the IN CALL key how does she log in on a 3904 phone?

You need to program key 0 as the acd (agent key), put her pdn on key 1. Also you will need room for the "Not Ready" and "MSB" keys.

Hey thank you for your quick response and yes I did all you told me to. My question is HOW DO I LOGIN?

the 3905 ACD phone has a IN CALL button? I tried to login but NO GO. my agent login ID is 1501 followed by pound

I pressed my agent key (key 0)
Dialed 1501 #
nothing?

Are you using CCM or Symposium. If so she also needs to be set up there as well.

If you are using a 3904, you will need to lift the handset, press the incalls key, and enter the login code there.
