ACD 00 KEY

Hello again - Can you tell me how to change the AGN to say SUPV ACID 87547 Key 35? Where 7586 is the ACD # and 87611 is the Agent ID #, and 7611 is their station #.
This post is the one I am trying to change. I can not believe I got the phone to work, but the 7611 is not showing up in key 01. Thank You in advance. Mary

It appears that the primary Key 01 7611 is not appearing on the phone. UG.....the ACD # is displaying though, just not the primary number. Thanks,

What sort of phone is it?

It is a 3904.

based only on what you have posted, key 0 should be your acd, and key 1 should display the 7611 number, if it is not, I would check the display of the phone, change it out with another. You might also try disabling the phone then enabling, but what you have posted should display on the 3904.
