Accpac close when login 1

Hi,

Im having problem when log in to accpac, when enter the user name and password the program automatically close without any notification. the security rights are all correct, however i have several companies in accpac and some of then let me log in and some do not.

please any help will be great,

Rename ..\USER\yourlogin\yourcompany_C.ISM

rename the user????? i did login with a different user and get the same.

No, rename the _C.ISM file for that user, I suspect some put a funky program in the Accpac StartUp folder. And if it's happening to all users, rename it in the ..\USER\_EVERYONE folder.
