Hello, A few things you could look at.
Check in your user manager that the users logon hours are correct
Check for any software on their machine that may be storeing an out of date password for the user - such as a scheduled task or email client.
Check that it wasn't telling them that their password will "expire in 1 days" when they logged in.

Are you running AD? I'm having the same problem with one of my users, and the problem seems to be from a stored password in a program that tries to log itself in (db admin program). Because the stored p/w and the network p/w aren't the same, it locks the account out.
