1). After a password change you are still logged in with your old account on another PC somewhere.
2). After a password change you are running up a service on a system somewhere under the context of your account and it is still trying to use the old password (this would seem likely in your case if it's each morning only it locks).
3). You disconnected from a Terminal Services seesion to somewhere rather than logged off. Then you changed you password, a disconnect doesn't drop the connection and it appears to be polled every once in a while and in doing so will try the password used to initiate the TS seesion rather than your current password. I had this happen to a user a few weeks ago - took me about a week to figure it out
I agreed with NickFerrar. I also find it helpful sometimes to change your password back to what it was before for a couple of days... than change it again when problem seems to stopped... Of course, this is if you are sure that you are not logged in anywhere else...
