I enabled the quota on all my users. But when i m going to "Quota Entries for Users" in the name field showing "Account Information Unavaiable" and In Lgon Name field some-thing-like "S-1-5-21-141.......". Because of this I am not able to minimize or maximize the quota of any user.

Can you help me?

Thanks in advance

I am assuming that this server is not a DC and that the accounts that aren't showing up are domain accounts. The most likely cause of this is a communication problem between the server in question and the DC. 2000 like NT stores all user related entries as a SID rather than the actual name. When an app like quotas displays the users it resolves the username based on the SID from the account database. If it is not resolving the names it usually means that it either cannot find the account database or that it is denied access to the database. In either case you should be generating errors in your event logs that should point you to a more specific answer. If this info doesn't help, describe your network a little more and post any error messages you find (if you find any). Good luck.
