account codes for Mics 5.0? 2

Hello everyone. I have a customer that wants to bill for externally tranfered calls. Is there a feature or proceedure that would attach an account or billing code to a call such that it could be identified via SMDR6 to call acounting package? Thanks for reading.

You could use COS passwords for all calls and track via raw SMDR.
You could also get some really nice billing packages.

yes ..it can be done SMDR6 doesnt force it - so it is on the callers part to enter it

for forced you need CTA and 3rd party call control software
