Accessing Voice settings

Does anyone know/ can someone figure out how to make changes to voice settings?

I am including Text-to-speech in a program via the speech agent. Manipulating the agent is fairly straight forward, but I can't find out how to change the actual voice (i.e: selecting between 'LH Michelle', 'Sam', etc).

Any ideas?
