I am the admin of an Exhcange 2003 server. I have always been able to gain access to my users mailboxes. But i'm having trouble accessing one of them now. I can still access all others that I've attempted, but one gives me an error Outlook 110, scan ost or pst.. I tried that, but it doesn't show on the scanost list.

This user has been disabled for a while, and I can't even access the mailbox with their login, or via webmail.. I'm totally stumped.. Any ideas?
What do you need to know, to help?

Disconnect the mailbox, then reconnect it and try again.

If it doesn't leak oil it must be empty!!

I've not seen an action item to disconnect a mailbox.. how would I do this?

In AD right click on the user then select Exchange Tasks, go through the wizard and select Remove Exchange Attributes. Leave for approx 15 minutes and in the system manager Run Cleanup Agent when a red check mark appears against the mailbox you can then reconnect it.
