I only know a little bit about SQL Server 7, enough to design a database, create a DTS package, schedule it and have data from a text file imported to the database.
I have a client that would like to install SQL Server 2000 versus SQL Server 7. My company currently has SQL Server 7 and we have developed a small database and DTS package that we will duplicate on their server. We want to be able to connect to their SQL Server. Will we be able to use our SQL Server Enterprise Manager to create databases and DTS packages on their server if they have SQL Server 2000 or will we need to upgrade to 2000?
