Yes... Through RSH or SSH
that depends if you have the GUI installed on the server or not... then you can use VNC or Webmin...

RHEL has Remote Desktop already. I'm not sure if it works in server mode however. I like BigBadBen's suggestion about webmin. It lets you configure all your servers from one interface. You can also configure your network. If I remember correctly, you were asking about load balancing earlier. RHEL comes with Cluster Suite. Which has everything you need for clustering and load balancing. Webmin helps configure all that. If you'd like to take a peek, the address is

I mean that if you configure your server with webmin some services may have their configuration files messed up to the point that you will always have to use webmin.
VNC is definitely the way I would recommend or, if you want to a more refined way why not use SSH and X11 forwarding? This way you load the applets on your desktop and, a part from an initial delay in loading the applets, no more delays and slow reacting mouse/keyboard as everything is loaded locally.
On top of it, you can also use X11 forwarding from a windoz client using putty and the xming server for windoz.

If I could have sex each time I reboot my server, I would definitely prefer Windoz over Linux!
