accessing PRI by pressing 9 2

I have a MICS 7.0 with a PRI.Is it possible to dial a 9 without pressing the intercom button with the handset down and access the PRI.

Use Dialing Modes/Feature *82.

pretty new myself but maybe you should try an internal autodial/feature*2 and set it to call '9'. Let me know if it works, i can't really test it right now.

Go into Terminal and Sets
Then User Preferences
Then go to Dialing Options
Select Pre Dial

You will then be able to dial your number, then press handsfree or lift you handset and the number will then dial out.
