Accessing NTFS from dos

I am trying to access ntfs partition from dos using ntfspro. I have no problem when trying to use if off a normal windows98 bootdisk etc. However, whenever i tried to use a network bootdisk, the ntfspro simply freezes whenever i tried to load it. Suspected that it could be due to memory problems.

However it is also neccessary for me to load the required TSRs for the network client. How can i go about loading ntfspro successfully here?
