Access XP Runtime error.

Error -2147319779 with runtime package wizard
Hi
I get this -2147319779 error with no meaningful error message when I try to create a runtime of my Access Xp app using the packaging wizard of XP Developer. My app is split front end/back end, I launch mail merge (MSword) and Excel spreadsheets from forms. When I bypass the error the wizard creates the package and I am able to install but when I run the app I get an error indicating missing reference to MSWORD.OLB version 8, and the app shuts down.
Please help.
