Access won't Let me delete a field

Hi, I have created a cross-tab query in access which shows the number of questions answered by regional centres in a recent survey. A report is then produced showing this information.

I added some test data for region 1 in the db and it showed up as "1" in the query/report which is fine. When I deleted this information from the database and reran the query it still showed up as "1" (should be 0). Am I doing something obviously wrong?
