Yes it does. A whole different set of problems 
First, there are problems with access reports as well as crystal reports.
In comparison, Crystal has different functionality and will allow end-users with crystal to design reports based on an access database without having access on their machines. Crystal also offers some different output formats as well. Just depends on your reporting needs.
