Access to Word

Hi,
I have developed like a seminar attendance feedback database with names of participats, dates, their comments etc so as to feed them on to forum presenters. However, I need to transfer some of the information from access to a word letter template and save the word documents in a folder. Would someone know how to achieve these?

You will need to set up a Word mail merge and have Access as your data source for the fields you need.
