We have two separate networks and we are trying to access a linux server on one of the networks. One network has an address of 100.100.69.0 and the other is 192.168.22.0. What do I need to do in order to access the server on the 192 network?

you need to run samba server on the linux machine

Your computer on the "192" network is obviously behind a NAT translator. In order to access this server you'll need to establish port forwarding on the router serving the NAT.

You need a router to route data between the two networks.
