Hello chaps,
We have a small network here of 2 NT servers of which I am the only IT fellow.
As I have been gradually putting in place proper working protocols in order to help the network run smoother and also give the network better security, it has come to light that I need to use the backup account as a login, or make a similar one so that someone else can check that our backups are being done (we use Veritas by the way) and also to be able to reboot the servers if necessary. I thought that backup account ideal.
However, if I log in as that, I can not actually access veritas through the desktop. How can I provide a shortcut to backup exec, or any other programs that might be necessary for access if I am unavailable, to the desktop of the backup account.
Thanks in advance.
