Access Switchboard

I have a data base with a switchboard. When I click the first button the switchboard freezes. All the other buttons work fine.

The only thing the database does out of the norm is in this form I have check box that when someone clicks it a memo field appears so that an explaination can be keyed in. The form also runs a macro on open that sizes and moves it. But besides that the data base is very simple. It tracks form creation and revisions.

Does anyone knnow why the switchboard freezes when the first button is clicked?

Did you check the Switchboard Manager, to see what is happening with the first button? If so what is it set on?
