Access settings help

Hi I wonder if anyone can help with this problem, which is driving at least 3 of us nuts here in the office.

We have an access program set up to either print or e mail lists of names from a database. When we print, all fields show and all telephone numbers. When using the same info but using the e mail option in Access, it misses off certain telephone numbers.

This happens on everyone's machine, except my boss's and has so far taken up a few hours of our time. Does anyone know what could be causing this? Or where settings for the email and print options from Access can be found. What is puzzling us is the discrepancy between printing and e mailing

Any help very gratefully accepted
