Access Server 2511 problem 1

Hi,

I am getting the following messages when booting my AS 2511:
%SYS-4-CONFIG_NEWER: Configurations from version 12.3 may not be correctly under
stood.
F3: 10453872+664280+728400 at 0x3000060

After that it looks like it is going to boot fine, I am getting all messages about IOS, momory and so on.
But then it tries to access tftp and never brings me to the prompt:

%Error opening tftp://255.255.255.255/network-confg (Timed out)
%Error opening tftp://255.255.255.255/cisconet.cfg (Timed out)
%Error opening tftp://255.255.255.255/access_server-confg (Timed out)
%Error opening tftp://255.255.255.255/access_s.cfg (Timed out)

How can I fix it? Please advice.

Is this a new router?

Can you access ROMMON and verify your confreg 0x2102

No, I got it from eBay. It seems like the only think I can do is to interrupt bood sequence by hiting Ctrl+Brake. It brings me to the > prompt.
Here are the options I got after ?:

Configuration register = 0x2102 at last boot

Hello
Can you get to the router prompt.If so this is because of the IOS version that your'e using,it looks you you don't have a conf save to NVRAM and the IOS is looking for one from the above servers.You can turn this feature off with the "no service config",I I remember the syntax correctly.
