Access Rights

I have recently bought a Dell Dimension 2400, i'm running xp pro and have set up user accounts for the family. I have an administrator account and the rest have limited accounts. When the limited users logon on and try to run a program it tells them that there is not enough momory to run the program.

Any suggestions as I don't want to give them all admin accounts.
