Access report exported to Excel

I have a report in Access that I have tried to export to Excel. Well once in Excel I have to do a lot of formatting. This report will be generated on a daily basis, and distributed to a group that may do modificications to the spreadsheet. I do not want to take the time to format the spreadsheet each time I export. Is there a way to export to an Excel template that would have the formating? or what could be my alteranative?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. ASAP

Turn on the Macro Recorder and record the formatting process.

Another option would be to send query results instead of a report directly to Excel.

Or, format an MS Query (Data/Get External Data) and Refresh it on Workbook_Open event.
