Access query

I'm having trouble with the logic in a query and could use some help. I have 16 columns of data that I'm querying. I'm applying criteria to each column like >6 for column 1, >4.5 for column 2, <9 for column 3, >3.6 for column 4, etc. So for example if a record had a 7 in column 1 and a 4 in column two etc. etc. I would expect to see the record and I"m not. What am I doing wrong?
