When I want to start access 2000, I get
'can't find language dll'
and when I start word or excel, it does nothing.
Does anybody know how to solve this problem??

When I want to start access 2000, I get

Does anybody know how to solve this problem??
You mean, nothing launches? Or you mean that you don't get any errors and these 2 programs work okay?
And...you are running Office 2000 on Windows.... what?
